- Camera & Audio: Camera (CAMERA) and microphone (RECORD_AUDIO, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS) for features such as profile photos, in-app communication, or safety features (if available).
- Device & Usage Info: Device model, OS version, app version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance metrics.
- Communication: Phone call permission (CALL_PHONE) to contact dispatcher/support directly.
- Notifications: POST_NOTIFICATIONS to inform you about ride status, driver arrival, and safety alerts.
- Overlay & Service Permissions: SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE to display critical information, keep services running reliably, and improve UX.
- User-Provided Data: Name, phone number, profile details, saved addresses (e.g., Home/Work), order history, and payment method (if/when payments are enabled).
Payments: If online payments are enabled, transactions are processed via secure third-party providers. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To accept ride requests, match drivers, and provide navigation/ETA.
- To deliver core app features (maps, location, push notifications).
- To improve quality, reliability, and safety (analytics, crash/error fixing).
- To provide customer support and technical assistance.
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
4. Permissions & Purposes
The App requests certain permissions. Some are required for the App to function:
- Location: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION — ride ordering and trip tracking.
- Camera: CAMERA — profile photos or safety features.
- Audio: RECORD_AUDIO, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS — in-app voice features (if used).
- Calls: CALL_PHONE — one-tap calls to dispatcher/support.
- Notifications: POST_NOTIFICATIONS — ride status and important alerts.
- Overlay/Services: SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK, VIBRATE — important info display, service continuity, and alerts.
Denials: If required permissions are denied, the App may not function and access to the main interface may be restricted.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party SDKs/services such as:
- Google Play Services / Google Maps for maps, geolocation, analytics, and diagnostics.
- Networking libraries (e.g., OkHttp/Volley) for secure server communication.
These providers have their own privacy policies and may process data like IP address, device identifiers, and usage analytics.
7. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service. Ride/order history and records required for accounting/legal compliance may be retained per applicable laws. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, logging) to protect data from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
